SELANGOR, 8 November 2025: The Co-ordinator of the Vehicle Theft and Accident Reduction Council of Malaysia Berhad (VTAREC), YBrs Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid, paid a courtesy visit to the Ketua Polis Daerah Klang Selatan, YDH ACP Tuan Ramli Kasa, at his office in IPD Klang Selatan, Selangor.

The Courtesy Call took place at Bilik GTR IPD Klang Selatan
The discussion commenced with the VTAREC Co-ordinator, YBrs Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid, outlining the role and initiatives undertaken by VTAREC. Subsequently, both parties exchanged views on vehicle theft issues, with particular emphasis on the frequent theft of motorcycles within the community. The various ideas and initiatives presented by VTAREC were well received. The police expressed their readiness to collaborate in the future to jointly address the problem of vehicle theft.

The visit involved fruitful discussion of common interests and efforts among others exploring ways and means to further reduce vehicle theft in the state including the importance of enhancing public advocacy through education, awareness and engagement for the public, community and students as well as further strengthen ties.
