KUALA LUMPUR, 26 July 2024: YBrs Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid, the Co-ordinator of the Vehicle Theft and Accident Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTAREC) made an esteemed courtesy visit on YDH ACP Tuan Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood, Ketua Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Brickfields, at his office in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.
During the visit, YBrs Puan Mas Tina expressed appreciation to YDH ACP Tuan Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood for the warm reception and took the opportunity to introduce VTAREC, explaining its role and initiatives aimed at reducing vehicle theft in Malaysia. She also highlighted the importance of collaboration among key stakeholders in tackling vehicle-related crime.

The courtesy visit was also attended by VTAREC executive officers, Puan Marlyana Mansur and Encik Aniq Denial Fauzi. Discussions involving both parties focused on strengthening engagement between VTAREC and PDRM, and they highlighted a shared commitment to enhancing preventive measures and fostering closer cooperation to combat vehicle theft in Kuala Lumpur, including the Brickfields area.
Overall, the visit served as a networking and coordination effort to reinforce cooperation between VTAREC and PDRM in addressing vehicle theft issues and reinforcing collective efforts toward safer communities.
