\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>The discussion began with the VTAREC Co-ordinator, YBrs Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid, outlining the role and initiatives undertaken by VTAREC. Both parties exchanged views on current issues related to vehicle theft and road traffic accidents, with particular focus on the frequent theft of motorcycles in the community, a recent accident involving UPSI students, and viral concerns highlighting weaknesses in law enforcement and penalties for misconduct. Issues related to public transport and e-hailing service operators were also raised. The various ideas and initiatives shared by VTAREC were well received, and the police expressed their commitment to future collaboration in jointly addressing vehicle theft and road safety challenges.<\/p>\n
