PETALING JAYA, <\/strong>9 June 2025:\u00a0 <\/strong>The Co-ordinator of the Vehicle Theft and Accident Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTAREC), YBrs Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid paid a courtesy call on YBrs Puan Nur Asyikin Aminuddin, Treasurer General Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations (FOMCA).\u00a0 The visit was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between the Vehicle Theft and Accident Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTAREC) and Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations (FOMCA) to explore possible initiatives aimed at curbing vehicle theft and the illegal purchase of stolen vehicles.<\/p>\n

The discussion included an exchange of perspectives on strengthening efforts to protect consumer rights, particularly those of vehicle owners.<\/p>\n
