speech from the Co-ordinator of VTREC, Puan Mas Tina Abdul Hamid.\u00a0 In her speech, Puan Mas Tina notes that the campaign aimed to further reduce the rate of vehicle theft in country through public awareness and behaviour change in protecting their vehicle which reflects the campaign theme \u201cPROTECT YOUR VEHICLE FROM THEFT\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a brought to other strategic hot spot areas.\u00a0 Multiple programmes and contest are scheduled for public, both online and offline.\u201d\u00a0 Puan Mas Tina also thanked YDH Dato\u2019 Dev Kumar for officiating the campaign and everyone for their contributions and involvements either directly or indirectly that has brought everyone to the momentous event. \u00a0Such a campaign like this without were 21,578 vehicle theft cases reported in 2020 compared with 30,868 cases in 2019, in 2020 vehicle theft has reduced by 30%.\u00a0 The number of stolen cars were 4,596 units, motorcycles 16,057 and lorries while, van and heavy vehicle 925 units\u201d.\u00a0 He added that number of vehicle theft cases in the country had shown a decline each year.<\/p>\n<p><a
