<\/a><\/p>\nVehicle Theft Reduction Council of Malaysia (VTREC) paid a courtesy call on Tuan ACP Shamsul Amar, OCPD\u00a0Klang Selatan on 23 April 2017 at his office, Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kelang Selatan, Selangor Darul Ehsan.\u00a0 Leading the courtesy call from VTREC was its Co-ordinator\/Consultant Encik Mohd Yusof bin Idris, also attended was Puan Mas Tina binti Abdul Hamid.\u00a0 Encik Mohd Yusof congratulated Tuan ACP Shamsul Amar on his appointment.<\/p>\n
The meeting saw a bilateral co-operation and exchange of information on vehicle theft crime and potential areas of collaboration particularly on policing and awareness program pertaining vehicle theft within the Klang Selatan territory.<\/p>\n
During the call, Tuan ACP Shamsul Amar shared his thought on the need for collaboration between PDRM and stakeholders in combating the vehicle theft. It is important for all parties to work closely and sharing information with regard to vehicle theft activities.<\/p>\n
Apart from the discussion on combating vehicle theft,\u00a0 Encik Yusof also inform that VTREC is committed to giving assistance to the PDRM such as sponsoring for vehicle theft awareness program\u00a0 at vehicle theft hot spot community areas.<\/p>\n
Encik Mohd Yusof thanked the OCPD for his word of encouragement.<\/p>\n
